Ant Norman

Luxury Life Style Management Team

Anthony Smith is a man who specialises in enhancing lifestyles. His extensive experience within the hospitality, fitness, & real estate industries has created the perfect platform for his current role as the director of Ambienz Bespoke Concierge. When it comes to creating the ultimate luxury experience, you will be hard-tasked to find anyone who will approach it with the same passion and attention to detail as Anthony does.

His partner, Norman Adlam, comes from a strong management and coordination background. His many years of experience within the retail world has ensured that he’s ideally placed to take care of the everyday nuts and bolts of the business. Even though Norman is more of a behind-the-scenes man, they have found that their different strengths compliment each other perfectly, which in turn allows Anthony to focus on sourcing and relationship building.

Together, Anthony and Norman are able to provide their clients with a service offering that is not only high-end but also completely personalised.

Their love for what they do, coupled with their unique approach to service excellence, makes Ambienz Bespoke Concierge the preferred and only choice.

Storm Low – Guest Relations Manager

If at first glance, you think this pretty face belongs to a GQ model, you would really be forgiven for your mistake.  Twenty-two- year old Storm Low, Marketing and Business graduate [with a course in Commercial Property Brokerage as well] is an inquisitive, knowledge-hungry young man constantly seeking out new learning experiences.

Living a well-balanced life, this entrepreneur and young businessman is also an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys gym at least 7 times a week. Earlier this year, he completed the Cape Marathon Two Oceans Marathon. Being one of twins, Storm values the importance of family bonds. Hence this hardworking businessman tries to spend as much time with family and friends despite a busy schedule.

Storm Low has accomplished far more than the average 22-year old. While working as a personal trainer, he was approached by a hotel group to develop and build a property management company. His experience in fitness, hospitality and events management has given him the edge to excel in more ways than one. The pure passion and dedication of this young man is like no other.

Ambienz Bespoke Concierge is not about changing your lifestyle, it’s about enhancing it. This means that we employ a completely fresh approach when it comes to identifying the right products & services to satisfy each of our clients’ specific needs.

We have built strong partnerships with a broad spectrum of industry leaders in and around the Cape Town area. This means that whether you’re in need of a chauffeur, private chef, or event planner, or even a beautiful space, we’ll be able to source the perfect fit for you.

One-on-one consultations ensure that we have a complete understanding of all your requirements, while regular, open communication builds a strong foundation of trust.

In essence, Ambienze Bespoke Concierge is here to help you be the architect of your own future. No request is too big or too small, and we want you to rest assured that you’re in good hands.

The services we offer include (but are not limited to): Villa Rentals, luxury hotels and lodges, tours, private transport, personal shopping, chefs & restaurants, spas & retreats, wealth management, special events, and more.

We require no set monthly fee or membership, and every request gets its own tailor-made solution.

Our clients come from all over the world, and our promise to them is a completely individualised service with the utmost confidentiality.

Each and every client gains access to the full range of services we provide. We don’t believe in seeking out celebrities, or hunting down specific clientèle. Instead we believe in the power of word of mouth, which is how we’ve managed to secure most of our business.

As Anthony always says: “We don’t talk about ‘who’ we have done business with. We want our clients to talk about ‘who’ took care of their business while here in Cape Town.”
