20 Central is a fully serviced villa – We offer a full turn key hospitality service that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner that are prepared, cooked and served at the villa. A sample selection of our menus can be supplied upon request.
The master bedroom offers a large private terrace with ocean and mountain views. Italian imported glass wardrobes occupy the western side of the room, a high level gun slot window to the south affords a wonderful view of the small nature reserve within the Village. LCD T.V, air conditioning and bespoke cantilever cabinets are not only functional but offer a chic finish to this room.
The master bedroom’s en-suite is sumptuous in style – marble cladded walls, a seamless quartz stone flooring system, a turn of the century chandelier poised above the contemporary free standing bath with a fixed lovers seat overlooking the bath, large walk in shower and a glazed WC area make up this space of the house.
Bedroom 1 offers 2 private balconies, 1 to the north and the other facing the south with a magical view of the Twelve Apostles mountain range. The bedroom area blends seamlessly into the open plan en-suite bathroom area offering a feeling of openness to this room. As in the master bedroom a period chandelier hovers above a free standing contemporary bath, a seamless quartz stone flooring has also been used to dress the floors, with the main wall of the bathroom cladded in a full sheet of marble, a walk in shower and WC area complete the bathroom area.

The en-suite to this bedroom is compact but nevertheless still offers a built in bath with over head ceiling level shower system – Bath cladded in Italian marble – a large contemporary cantilever basin and WC.
