oldest wine route as well as some of South Africa’s top restaurants and award-winning wine producers. This full day,
gourmet food and wine experience in this historic region will stimulate the senses and leave you spell-bound by the
natural beauty of the area.

● Start the day with Cape Blend Canape pairing, the wine served with carefully constructed canapes
designed to highlight the nuances of each vintage and blend
● Enjoy internationally acclaimed Bordeaux blends and olive tasting at Morgenster Wine Estate
● Indulge the senses with a wine & chocolate pairing at Hidden Valley
● End with something unique: 3 Carpaccio’s (Crocodile, Ostrich and Springbok) paired with wine at Lavenir
